Quotes, pricing, and process
Can I get a quote before committing?▾
Yes. We quote in person, in writing, before any work begins. You will know the scope, the timeline, and the cost.
Why do you only quote in person?▾
Because we will not price what we have not seen. A photo hides the panel condition, the wire runs, and the surprises. Seeing the job is how the quote stays the price.
Do you offer financing?▾
Yes, through Financeit, for larger installations and upgrades.
Is the work warrantied?▾
Yes. 1-year warranty on all work, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Safety and licensing
What does ECRA-registered mean?▾
An ECRA-registered electrical contractor is a licensed electrical business authorized to perform electrical contracting work in Ontario. Our licence is ECRA/ESA 7011520.
What does ESA-compliant mean?▾
The Electrical Safety Authority regulates electrical work in Ontario. ESA-compliant work is permitted, inspected, and done to the Ontario Electrical Code. We build the notification and inspection into every job that needs one.
Why hire a licensed electrician instead of doing it myself?▾
Electrical faults do not always fail loudly; they smoulder inside walls. A licensed electrician gets you code compliance, an inspection, insurance that stays valid, and work that is safe after the drywall closes.
What is the complimentary safety check?▾
On every service call we check the condition of your electrical system and leave a written report: what is fine, what to watch, what needs attention.
Services and area
What areas do you serve?▾
Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Stayner, Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, Meaford, Barrie, Midland, Elmvale, and Creemore.
Do you handle emergencies?▾
Yes. Power loss, a burning smell, sparking outlets, or a breaker that will not reset: call 705-446-3088 right away.
Do you do commercial work?▾
Yes: offices, shops, restaurants, clinics, and light commercial properties. Heavy industrial, control, and automation work goes to our sister company, Universal Integrated Solutions.
How do I know if my home needs an upgrade?▾
Flickering lights, breakers that trip often, an outdated or full panel, too few outlets, or plans for high-demand additions like an EV charger or hot tub.
Can I supply my own light fixtures?▾
Yes, and for hanging fixtures we prefer it. Check for a CSA or ULC mark before buying; a fixture without Canadian certification may not be installable.
